Im new to state farm and she invited me to come to her office for a better experience than over the phone when I got there I was greeted by a nice lady at the front desk who led me to my agents office. The building was very clean and the staff was very kind. I will never forget my experience with crystal from Don Mason State Farm!!! Keep up the excellent work ladies!
