1 /5 Kiauna Walton: I Literally Just Got Off The Phone With The “Agent” I Didn’t Catch His Name Because It Sounded As If He Didnt Want To Return My Call In The First Place. I Called Earlier This Morning @ 9:38am And I Was Told The “Agent” Was OTP With Someone Else And To Leave A Message. . . Never Received A Call Back. I Called Again @ 3:56pm And I Was Told By The Receptionist That She “Doesn’t Know Why I Didn’t Receive A Call But She Can Forward Me To The Voicemail Again”. So I Asked Her “And Leave Another Voicemail?”, She Just Said “Hold On” And Forwarded Me. I Get On The Phone With The Agent He Got Me A Quote Within 2mins Which Was Odd But It Wasn’t Something I Wanted, So I Told Him “Thank You But I’ll Just Find Someone Else To Go With”, And He Just Hung Up. Smh Those Edomites Only Want To Serve They Own So They Become Rude And Dont Project The Same Quality Customer Service They Would Give Their Own So They Dont Have To Do Business With You(Brown Ppl).
