hitesh pambhar This people should not allowed to be in business. 75+ days since I lost the car coz of their client, they still did not paid the money, that is less than worth of my car. Rental was only 2 weeks...that was their COURTESY not my right!! No one ever answer the phone calls/voice mails and barely reply to email with 1 to 10 ratio! No body started working on my claim for whole entire 1 month, and I had to rent and pay on my own. They dont understand the close loop communication. Insurance adjuster replies when you ask why money is not deposited.....SHE SAID...I DON"T KNOW WHERE DISCONNECT IS!!!! Really......???!! you are working in the company, responsible for the claim, and this kind of illerterae, irresponsible and pathatic reply??!! This reply should be good enough to fire someone, who dont communicate with client for weeks and months!!!
In general, this complaint is for the Governing bodies rather than the company itself, who have allowed these people to sell the policies....This is totally un acceptable way of business!! They know what they are suppose to do and not doing! People are buying from them probably for the cheaper cost! Victims are like me, who lost the car, no rental, no money for this long!!
