5 /5 Mileidi Salinas-Bucio: My experience at Jazmin was great. The quality of service was above and beyond what is expected. I arrived at Jazmin with a gold chain that was longer than I wanted. I wanted it cut and the clips placed to fit the new length. Not only were they able to do that in a timely manner (I got my chain back within 15-20 minutes), but when I got it back they had cleaned it leaving the gold looking shiny and new, and the extra piece of my necklace was also given back in a small plastic bag.
Though I didn’t go to Jazmin Jewelry to buy anything I was extremely tempted by their extensive gold collection. They had bracelets, necklaces, and rings of all different kinds.
The customer service was also amazing. The women working there were friendly and patient. I appreciated their level of communication and knowledge. I would definitely recommend for anyone who either needs work done on their jewelry or wants to buy a new piece.
