Victor Llaverias Purchased a policy online and made a mistake so I called the Atlanta office and Patricia love answered the phone and stayed with me on the phone the whole way through and took care of everything for me. I have to say that she went above and beyond to make sure my situation was resolved. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a great customer service experience that is almost non existent these days. VERY HAPPY WITH DIRECT AUTO AND WITH MS. LOVE!!!!!!!!!

Israel Howell I have worked with Melissa, Hannah, Kayla, and Kendall multiple times and they have all been so sweet and helpful with making sure were taken care of. Melissa is the Queen of claims and makes the process smooth as butter! They are always responsive and proactive if there is ever an issue or concern. I live about an hour away and could easily switch to another local State Farm agent but I havent due to the great customer service experience! Tami Clegg I can never say enough amazing words about how wonderful Lew Thompson is. He took time to sit down with me and my husband to go over the plans for Medicare and supplements.
