They’re always very helpful, and go above and beyond when we had to file claims. They also helped us find the perfect policy for our teen drivers. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Matthew Clark Quickest and cheapest Ive ever heard of getting a bonded title. Staff was very quick, polite and helpful. I only post reviews if I am very impressed or very disappointed and I was very impressed with this service. For my bonded title they gave me all the info I needed to take back to the tag office and instructions to make it easy and the whole process from getting my officer inspection to getting my tag probably only took 2 hours for everything. They are in a great location close to Sheriffs office and tag office making it very convenient. An insurance customer came in to pay his renewal while I was there and they even seemed interested in making sure he was getting the best deal possible. If anyone you know is looking to have a bonded title or something like that I would definitely recommend that you stop in here first. They are a family business who cares about the customer and are very good at what they do. Thank you Andrea and the whole staff!

ROGER MFONE I have my Homeowners Insurance with Farmers and car insurance with another company. Alan Morgan is my current Farmers Insurance Agent. I had never talked to him but would receive emails on a regular basis regarding various ways that I can save money on my policy. In recently received one of such emails from him and decided to call. I was very impressed by his level and wealth of knowledge, professionalism and great customer service I received from him. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He went as far as doing research to identify Defensive Driving courses although I had a clean driving record just because he wanted to help me save more money on my policy. Thomas folsom Shonna is great!! She has some very competitive rates, she even beat out my current insurance company that I’ve been with since 2007. I needed a policy on my new home and she delivered BIG TIME. Don’t let size fool you.. she might not have a fancy slogan, wear khaki pants or have multiple branches. But what you get is personal service and a commitment to see to your needs all while getting insurance from big name companies at an affordable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know!!

Fernando Moncayo Great company!!! PeachState has been my first insurance since I started to college back in 2012. I met Laura at the Cartersville location, who more than my agent has become a great friend. She has always kept me legal and has never broken my budget. She takes the right time to listen to my insurance needs each renewal year and gives me her 3 top recommendations for me to choose. When I had trouble with my car loan asking for proof of insurance she made sure they had all the information that they needed and faxed, emailed them and called them all they long till they called her back to confirm. Out of all the few times Ive been to her office there has always been a rude costumer present and the way she deals with them is impecable. She truly takes the time and patience to appease them and make sure they get taken care of while still taking care of everyone else in her office. Her staff is also very courteous and friendly.
