1 /5 Kaitlyn Martin: Awful experience. The representative was unhelpful and I had a very hard time getting him to even respond to me. It is clear they like to do business by text and email, I could never get my representative on the phone. After over a year, I am still dealing with a roof claim. Now, my premium has gone up $500.The representative is Theo C. I contacted his higher up when we were having issues communicating. No one reached out to figure out why I was not happy with Theo. I cannot wait to change insurance companies

1 /5 Moe0531: pls pls pls i repeat this is The worst insurance company to work with. if your looking for home owner insurance i suggest u look else where and i would go without before i recommend anyone from this company to assist with any claims. all the way down to the investigator jay cato who was very rude when addressing the following claim. lied and stated to me he didn’t have the following documents that they was requesting but when i spoke to the thirparty company mitigation they advised he did in fact confirm with them on the phone they received the following documents that he stated to me he didn’t have. then the actual adjuster on the claim Ralph cooper telling the third party to make sure the property is occupied. the professionalism is horrible and the disrespect not to mention they telling third parties to send and look through my home is completely unexceptionable. pls do not waste ur time or money because they will do everything in they power not to process and complete the claim.

1 /5 Heidi McCullough: Claimant hit by their policyholder if I could give 0. No communication from the adjuster. I had several questions concerning my claim and process. He just brushed it over never answering them. I requested an email copy of my estimate for repairs nothing sent. I was never given the option for direct pay for my repairs. I only received an text stating check is on the way no info on how much Grange agreed to pay. I requested for a confirmation on my rental when the vehicle goes into the shop I never received the vendor information, just contact when my vehicle goes into the shop. Its horrible service with no concern for the client at all.

Response time is ridiculous, let’s not talk about his owning his mistakes, not professional at all & can’t answer most questions. 2. Don’t get in an accident unless you are wanting to become an agent, customer service, adjuster & claims professional! I think I summed it up for you! 3. You get what you pay for! The few dollars you save is not worth these issues I promise. 4. Go ahead and call anyone higher up at Grange if you need a laugh. Highly entertaining & a waste of time! 5. When you ask an agent to mirror prior insurance- one would think that is an easy ask.. not with this company. 6. Claim date 10/12/22= resolved 1/20/23 Dates says it all. Doesn’t it? And I paid for insurance on a totaled car the whole time. 7. Canceled insurance 2/2023= still owed the money I paid on vehicle and can’t get agent to respond on why I only received 50.00 check. So please sign up for this wonderful save you money and time insurance, you will be pleased with your life choices! WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD

1 /5 Chad Hurst: My wifes car was hit by an insured by this company. She was not even driving it. Someone backed into it while she was parked. We were totally not at fault. We got it to a body shop for repairs and it is taking longer than expected. Which is not abnormal. Grange is now telling us that they are no longer covering for our rental while our car is being repaired because it is taking longer. That is not our fault as the victim of this accident. Now you are telling us we have to pay out of pocket for something that your insured is responsible for! Terrible look for you Grange!
