1. Agent was terrible, I could write a book! Response time is ridiculous, let’s not talk about his owning his mistakes, not professional at all & can’t answer most questions.
2. Don’t get in an accident unless you are wanting to become an agent, customer service, adjuster & claims professional! I think I summed it up for you!
3. You get what you pay for! The few dollars you save is not worth these issues I promise.
4. Go ahead and call anyone higher up at Grange if you need a laugh. Highly entertaining & a waste of time!
5. When you ask an agent to mirror prior insurance- one would think that is an easy ask.. not with this company.
6. Claim date 10/12/22= resolved 1/20/23
Dates says it all. Doesn’t it? And I paid for insurance on a totaled car the whole time.
7. Canceled insurance 2/2023= still owed the money I paid on vehicle and can’t get agent to respond on why I only received 50.00 check. So please sign up for this wonderful save you money and time insurance, you will be pleased with your life choices!
