2 /5 Eva Vulne: Ive been with them for a while and the worst thing to find out is theres a change within the policy if you decide to pay the bill directly with the provider that they assigned you to for your policy. I never knew I didnt have road side assistance because I did buy it with the company but when I renewed my policy I called it in straight with my provider and boom I no longer has roadside assistance with out my knowledge. Do imagine that while I waited for help on 75/85 dangerous freeway sitting there with my children. Ugh thus they were pleasant throughout my time with them. Now Im praying for a reply on another matter thus Ill update my review based on the information and actions being taken concerning the matter.
