5 /5 alexandria ingram: Went here for a small loan twice and both times I was taken care of. The young lady Kenyatta was very nice, answered all of my questions, and got me in and out fairly quickly. I’d definitely come back here as they seem to really care about their customers.

I was having an issue with getting in contact with my home branch and called the Douglasville branch in hopes of getting some help. Kenyatta was very kind and compassionate during a frustrating situation and went above and beyond to help me navigate my situation. I cannot thank her enough for her assistance and kindness!
