Regions Bank - Washington (GA)

1 /5 Elijah Hammond: Opened an account with a large deposit trusting that I would be able to use my money whenever I need to just like any other bank but they immediately locked my account, would not supply me a debit card after visiting several locations, and no one at a branch or in customer service could assist me. It’s been 4 days now, and all the money I have I can’t even touch!!! This is a major inconvenience for me being as though I am a truck driver and I have people depending on me but I gotta delay everything I have going on with my life because Regions wants to hold my money. Now they are submitting a “request” for ME TO USE MY OWN MONEY

1 /5 Valissa McWhorter: I banked there for years. My elderly mother has banked with them for over 10 years. Suddenly, money is disappearing and they have no answers. She received a letter stating that back in AUGUST (and this is Oct.) they reversed a check. Why? She had over $4000 in her account at the time. I went through the same issue with them a couple of years ago. I had approximately $1700 in my account. I went to withdraw a couple of hundred and they said my account had been closed. Not going into the long drawn out disagreements, because they seriously made no sense as I have zip coming out of autopay. I stopped banking with them, switched to F and M and have no further issues with anything, period! Yall need to be super careful. Something strange is going on at that bank.

1 /5 Arklevia Germany: This bank has really convinced me to not bank there anymore. You cant get anyone on the phone and when you do its almost 30-40 minutes later. My daughter finally got someone on the line and not even a second went by and she hung up. She sounded sleepy. Go to bed. Do not need anyone playing with my money!
