Daniel Headrick I actually don’t have an account with this bank but I wanted to share my experience. I had an issue with a vehicle purchase and had to stop by the bank to get it resolved. Everyone here was pleasant and ask what they could do for me, offered drinks, and general nicety. While I waited I listened to the conversations around me I was amazed at the level of service and pleasant atmosphere. I understand now why this location has was as busy as it was. I have never felt this at home in an bank. If I lived closer I would move my business. 10/10 service skills.

kevin swiney I moved from Atlanta to Gaylesville Alabama just a few minutes over the state line so Im in Rome a lot. I saw the new branch and thought wow thats the most beautiful bank...I have to join! Lucky me, I read the digital sign out front that read "anyone can join." After waiting almost an hour before anyone would help me I was told because of my Alabama address I could not join. "Anyone" in this case means anyone that meets certain criteria. It is because of that sign and my wasted hour that I give this bank a low rating.

Blue Ridge Coin Shop We switched banks to Bank of Ozarks and what a difference!! It is our first week using them for our business account and I feel like they are actually working for me!
