I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease.. Stephanie went above and beyond after hours to have a resolution and fix the issues with our account. Stephanie showed compassion and empathy through and gave me reassurance. I was indeed in good hands from the moment the issue arose by reaching out to Stephanie. Stephanie is a true asset to country financial!!! You won’t meet more of a genuine person on your side. Mary Munoz For many years Bank of Eastman and its employees have all ways helped my husband and I, since he has passed away they are still are at my beck and call. I use to bank at another bank in Dublin but because my husband and I were treated so well with respect, understanding anddevotion I switched over to Bank of Eastman, they real try to do the best they can to help me. They are there to help besides just for loans or opening an account. I cant say nothing bad about B.O.E. Thank you all at the Bank of Eastman.
