Cinzia Morelli So awful, I have never had such a bad experience at Pandora before. The women I spoke to were so unbelievably rude, they made me feel like an escaped war criminal instead of someone trying to take advantage of a promotion. I wanted to return a charm I had just bought and then rebuy it to take advantage of a promotion they had on, and they told me I would have to rebuy it for a more expensive price, and I checked on the website and it was the exact same price. When I asked to speak to a manager the woman I was speaking to was the manager, but if I wanted to I could speak with someone else, and honestly they were just as rude as each other. I cannot believe they lied to my face to avoid helping a customer. I also can’t believe that with the amount of money I have invested in my Pandora jewellery, when I tried to take advantage of a promotion as a frequent customer, they were almost hostile. Such a shame as well because I was looking to buy another charm to add to my collection. Not only did they seriously damage my perception of the company, they also lost out on two different sales. Absolutely unacceptable, honestly save yourself the headache and avoid this Pandora at all costs.

I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out

Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! I am never in doubt when it comes to the quality of any of the jewelry that I purchase there. Each piece is always durable and never tarnishes. The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent. The overall shopping experience is really fun! I have shown up a few times with my children: Jessica and Gladys were so engaging and charismatic. Theyve asked multiple times to return just for a visit!

I really just wanted to “browse” the selection but seen a few pieces that caught my husband and my eyes! We tried them on and before I knew it my husband was pulling his card out to buy me a new ring. When I tell you I was over the moon and the deals just couldn’t be beaten! Raul makes spending money easy! I appreciate his patience and commitment to sticking to his word. I had to send my ring off to be resized and it was back on Thursday like promised!
