He provided a solution right away. He quoted me a price. I mention that I was interested in a pair gold hoop earrings. He shared several pair and I made a purchase. He cleaned pieces of jewelry I had in my bag. I mention I had a 40 year old tennis bracelet. He recommended I bring it in for cleaning. I concluded he”s very professional and very attentive to customer’s needs.

The price for full service was also about $100 less than the big service centers. Oh, theyre Rolex certified too. Very pleasant and professional too. Keep it local.
