Jose Calderon My visit to this location was fantastic and my high quality experience was attributed to its staff. I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out

Looking for a new jewelry shop, landed at a place on Cobb Parkway but they said it would be a week before they could do what I needed done, and it would be $35! I found Arnett Jewelry, walked in and not only did he do the necklace, right then and there, took mere minutes....but there was no charge! Great customer sevice...now I know where to go next time I need jewelry!
