Emma Gile We used Aurum for our wedding rings and they were fabulous! They were amazing to work with and helped us customize our rings completely! We worked the most with Lori and she was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were able to text her through the Aurum number and she was very responsive. We still go back to get our rings cleaned and for any jewelry service we may need. Highly recommend!!

Micayla Crenshaw We’ve had multiple amazing experiences with Ascot Diamonds Atlanta. Specifically we’ve worked with Angelica on each project. First was my engagement ring in 2022 when she was so patient with us during our first real ring shopping experience. She answered every question we had and let us try on any shape/style we wanted. After a few different appointments I had finally chosen a shape/style and my fiance worked with Angelica from there. The entire process was seamless and I’ve been back for regular cleanings! I’ve also had a few different custom designs made (pinky ring and bezel diamond necklace) and each of those projects was just as great of an experience as the engagement ring. I brought Angelica my design ideas and she helped bring them to life. I cannot recommend working with Angelica and ascot enough and have sent a few friends here as well. Can’t wait for my next piece!!

Venette Pierre-Cover I love coming to JM Watch and Jewelry Repair for the majority of my jewelry needs. As a long term customer I feel like my needs and wants are always understood and met. Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! I am never in doubt when it comes to the quality of any of the jewelry that I purchase there. Each piece is always durable and never tarnishes. The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent. The overall shopping experience is really fun! I have shown up a few times with my children: Jessica and Gladys were so engaging and charismatic. Theyve asked multiple times to return just for a visit!

Jamason Jamason I have been in their shop many times and I must say Mohammad and his staff are the most amazing people. They are extremely caring and nice. They are very knowledgeable and extremely fair with their pricing. They have an amazing selection of jewelry and watches. They do jewelry and watch repair. They have always been extremely honest and just great people. I don’t normally write a review for people honestly, except on extremely rare occasions when service is just so overwhelmingly great. They made a repair to my watch and they found out that I was a firefighter and absolutely refused to let me pay them anything for the repair. Believe me, I wanted to pay them something for their service and kindness but they absolutely refused to accept anything. If you are looking for jewelry or watches or repairs then I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you M S Jewelry

Angie Rigney Roger is really REALLY good at what he does. He is particular about the pieces he sells: every one of them is just lovely and top quality. It is my experience that he deals with those of us who come to him with a small heirloom piece to be re-set or repaired in just the same way he would deal with a customer whose pockets are much deeper than mine. Roger is personable, knowledgeable, creative, and yet reasonable. I would never hesitate to take any request to him: for a repair, a reconstruction, or a new piece. Tucked away in the corner of a local shopping center, this business is truly a hidden gem waiting to be discovered!

Erica Edmond They are amazing, pawned my iPad for about 4 months. The gentleman even gave me a little extra for it having a keyboard case (didn’t expect that, but I was so thankful.) the 4 months my iPad was there, everyone that work there made everything easy, they even have an app where you can pay and communicate with them…. And they respond in a timely matter. I love this place .

Jay Ridley I met Monty several years ago through my best friend which was a pilot for Delta. Monty is very knowledgeable of all jewelry and stones. I’ve purchased several beautiful rings, bracelets and ear rings for my wife. (Happy Wife is a Happy Husband). Such great quality on all his jewelry. Monty is personally redoing my wife’s wedding ring by replacing the setting. Can’t wait to see it in a few months.
