1 /5 Kristin Keller: They did my taxes for 2018 and I still have not got my refund!!! They do not believe in customer service and after calling for months asking what was going on with my taxes I went into the office only to find they had never even looked at my file until I arrived. They had multiple mistakes which I had to address multiple times and it is now 2020 and I still have not received my refund!!!
