I went in this morning after having accidentally overdrafted my account and not only was Chris professional and courteous, he helped me to get my overdraft fees refunded on the spot. Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.
