1 /5 Cherrielle Bell: I been banking for a while now and this was my first time ever going into this location and I must say this was the worst experience ever. When I first entered the bank no welcoming the girl overlooked me seen me as I walked in and she was not helping anyone at the time. I also needed to speak with someone which was taking forever to do, but each office was empty. One of the ppl in the office speeded off to lunch so therefore she does not care for the members. That’s why I always go to the location downtown better and faster customer service with smiling faces. They never ignore their members.
