We came to the mall to do some shopping but figured we might as well shop around to see about getting some batteries and older jewelry restored. After shopping around for a while we ended up choosing this place since I read they do same day repairs. Showed them what we had and it was true, repairs done in under a hour ! They cleaned and polished all our jewelry and made sure we were shining again. They were honest where I believe most other places wouldn’t have been. 1 watch we took in didn’t actually need a battery it just had the knob to change the time pulled out and they checked it and made sure it was good. They also took the time to give tips on how to prevent damaging prongs on a ring we brought in to repair. I genuinely appreciate when someone takes the time to explain something instead of berating one like some of the other places we stopped at that just wanted to take your money and get you out as soon as possible. This family owned and operated business will definitely get my recommendation to my friends and colleagues. Thanks again Oscar and team !

I relocated to Lawerenceville in January from Northern California, so my natural instinct when I saw that there was a Fast Fix Jewelry here in Lawerenceville, I was beside myself with job. I am a watch guy and I have sever rather pricey watches and 8 of them that need replacement batteries. The Fast-Fix & Watch Repairs Team replaced all of the batteries in my watches in an hour and half. The experience was professional and pleasant. I have several other watches that need the batteries replace, but Im pacing myself, however, I will definitely return to Fast-Fix & Watch Repairs. I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Joshua Champion: Definitely recommend! The man who answered the phone when I called for details is the jeweler and that helped put my fiancée at ease with resizing her ring. Service was quick (under an hour) and staff were friendly and helpful! If I could give 6 stars I would! 100% coming back for any other jewelry related needs.
