Jessica Huber Taylor and Melody at this Ameris bank location are some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They knew me by name after just a few visits and always made me feel so welcomed. On more than one occasion, they turned a rather rough morning into a better one just with their kindness and conversation. 10/10 recommend this bank location!!!
Ray Anderson Customer service is just ok. I often feel like the staff looks down on their customers. Helpful with some issues that I have but others they seem to not care about. Worked for a company that used this branch and they made mistakes often.
Mel Not friendly staff at all. I hate to have to switch banks cause I have been a BB&T customer for 20 years! Maybe the people who are sitting in their offices need to be a team player and help the front tellers when the re is a rush!
Tracy Parker I had the best experience with Mr.Lafon. He got me the insurance I needed at a reasonable price. He was supper kind and very respectful man. He work hard to get me taken care of today so that I would not be without insurance over the weekend. So a big shout out to Mr.Lafon for an awesome job well done.
