The price was absolutely unbeatable, which was already a huge win for me. But what really made this purchase stand out was the incredible customer service I received from Misti and Bella. Misti was so friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain everything about the Steam Deck, from its features to the different models, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. She didn’t just rush through the details, she genuinely cared about helping me find the best option. Bella was equally amazing. She greeted me with a warm smile and was so attentive when I had follow-up questions about the Steam Deck. She made the entire process very smooth. Both Misti and Bella went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, and their excellent service truly elevated the whole experience. I’m really happy with my Steam Deck, and I’ll definitely be coming back to Lending Bear in the future due to the amazing deals and amazing staff! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Jayla Giddens: Chey in the Douglas office was SUCH a pleasure to work with. We purchased a brand new 38 special that is literally so BEAUTIFUL! She made the process easy and answered all of our questions! She was very polite. I also purchased a monitor and she made sure to remove it from the box & show me that it worked! There were two other ladies that spoke with us as well while we were waiting and they were so nice as well (not sure of their names)! Very pleased with the Douglas office all around
