Lisa Jones I was very surprised to receive the help I needed at a very crucial time. Customer service is great at the Douglasvile office. Ms. Robinson was very wise about information I asked about. Everyone I dealt with from any branch that I have called has been excellent. I am excited about being a member.

Damien Bridges Im currently inquiring into a loan with these guys, so far the website and loan process is not as great as other sites, I was approved so well see what financing they come up with. I have personal finance experience so Ill be back to update this review once the application process is completed and give you guys the rundown on what youll be getting into with OneMain. Reviews may or may not raise or lower. Update 1: So far Ive contacted the branch with no response, their phone lines do not seem to be actually set up to ring, instead they just forward to a voice-mail system. They dont coordinate callbacks very well it seems either. So far pretty frustrating. Will be updating once I receive a call back. Final update: So I called in, turns out their phones are actually in location as it states which is wonderful, I just have bad timing myself it seems. Got in touch with someone, they unfortunately did not lower the APR of the loan but instead of 36 months Ive been given, which in the long run Im spending more, but its a lower monthly payment. They were very efficient and timely in explaining all of the details and even offered me a higher loan which I declined just for my own wallets well-being. Wonderful staff, super friendly and I got the money the next day in my bank I provided. Overall great experience, a few issues but nothing is perfect, as far as business and professionalism they were wonderful. I think some of the comments on here with lower reviews might have something to do with people who cannot manage their money/payments and fall behind. Do understand they ARE a loan company, they do have an obligation to hold up their part but as well as to make sure you follow up on yours.

Christie Palmer My last visit was an afterhours ATM deposit, but I have never had a bad experience with the Fayetteville Branch. I have always gotten wonderful service. Lydia always remembers me when Ive had to call and Darlene and the other ladies are always nice and respectful.
