Perks include access to MasterClass and the Book of the Month program, where they dive into new reads each month and discuss them as a team. One of my favorite things is the company-wide class every Wednesday. These sessions bring everyone together and help build a real sense of community around growth and development. Hive really makes sure were always learning, and it’s great to be part of a company that values that.

Advice to Management: Continue fostering the open culture and exploring more team-building activities especially when were continuing to grow as a company and bring new team members on board.
