Rick I have been a Country Companies/ Country Financial customer since I was 16, and Im now 64. Ten years ago we moved here from Illinois and Byron Brock and staff have been phenomenal, to say the least. Ive shopped around and no one has beaten prices on home owners, vehicles, boats, motorcycles etc. During tropical storm Irma we suffered damage and we were well taken care of immediately! I had paint damage on one of my trucks and the entire truck was repainted, shop of MY choice, with a lifetime warranty. Anything weve questioned or asked, weve been VERY well attended to. He answered all our questions (and found answers for the questions that fell outside his role as our mortgage broker) and was all-around encouraging.
