Becky Kimsey Greg and his team have been helping me with financial planning and investments for a number of years now. I have been very impressed with their thoughtful and thorough analysis of my specific situation. Danny Stephens Came in to the Shugart road bank in Dalton with my grandmother to make a savings deposit and to look into possible loan options to refinance her home. We spoke with the manager named Chelsea at the location and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant to interact with. She gave us all the information we were looking for and offered to further help us with all of our banking needs. My grandmother decided to not refinance at this time due to her age but we will be moving the rest of her retirement and checking accounts at Tennessee Vally credit union over to Builtwell soon. One of the two ladies at the counter was very polite and helpful as well, I believe her name was Holy
