They are so polite and professional in the beginning because they want your money but later on they will not act in a professional manner at all. You call the office and they tell you to call back later and when you do they will not answer. Of course manager doesn’t care because it’s all her people. Go else where with your business.

In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.
