Michelle Schultz When we bought our business we were told at another local bank it would be an easy transition for the account to change owners. Long story short, the other bank changed requirements 3 times (and each time we had to contact the lawyer who handled our closing... And he was slow). We were desperate because payroll was about to come due and we needed a bank set up for our payroll to come out of! We showed up on a Saturday at Truist and THEY made it happen. Since then, weve had a great experience so far. The worst thing about this bank is it often has long lines.

J Johnson This was my first year using Premier Tax & Accounting Services. I found the staff to be helpful and professional. Although I had to file an extension, my tax returns were completed shortly after April 15. I am not a computer expert so I had to seek help several times from Lisa Hernandez who is the receptionist. Lisa was always responsive and answered my many questions. She helped me navigate through the client portal to locate forms and other info that I needed. She was very patient, professional and knowledgeable.

Matthew This company has some of the best employees by far! They have been nothing but kind and patient with me over the past two years when it comes to making payments on my shed. Communication is key with them! I hate to admit that I have lacked in that aspect more than I would like during this time but each time I have messaged them or spoken on the phone with them they have truly taken the time to listen and understand. In todays world that is a rare thing. We all go through struggles in our life and if it so happens that you are late on a payment then pick up the phone and call them to let them know what is going on. AndreTheGiantSlayer Recently called in because I ordered a new debt card two months ago with an address change, however was informed by the branch manager that a card was never sent out 2 month ago. Asked to speak to a branch manager after getting irate due to this, and was told I was speaking to him, Chris. My account was then CLOSED due to me saying a cuss word, because I was irritated that my card I ordered 2 months ago was never done He hung up on me and when I called back later to try and get my account back THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID: That sounds like a personal problem and hung up on me again.
