1 /5 Janette Hart: I leave message after message begging for the courtesy of a returned call, explaining that I’ve already spoken with overseas customer service who stated they were unable to help and put in a request for my money to be refunded, which of course was refused. BUT-that’s not the help I requested, I asked them to investigate a Zelle money transfer that didn’t make it to the recipient and never came back to me! It was a significant amount and I simply wanted them to help determine through banking channels where the money is-since I don’t have it and it never made it to the intended recipient! I’ve yet to hear a word back, and since I’m visually impaired I cannot show up in person at the bank! Don’t start banking here if you’re reading these reviews! They’re a bank that doesn’t care-especially about the ‘little guy’.
