Geno Askew I really like this bank. Ive been banking with Citizens for a little over 2 years and Ive never had a problem, and at my local branch in Preston all I have to do is drive up and they know what to do.I also like the app, its easy to use and you have the ability to send secure messages to customer service and they usually get right back to you. Ive also been advised that in a couple of weeks Zelle will be up and running right in the mobile app, this is great as I will no longer have to use the Zelle app. if I could give 6 stars I would. Keep up the good work.

cathy popham Been with Century every since they opened. I am handicapped and they go out of their way to accommodate me. Everyone on the staff is friendly but Brenda Nathan and Zach have helped me the most. They explain things that I need help with. Just a great group of people that take care of all your banking needs

Park Ken (Ken) Ms. Gaynell Petoff was a great help. She helped file my taxes and setup some financial plans for when I leave the Army. Everything took less than 30 minutes. She is fast, efficient, and provided me with a lot of helpful information.
