Century Bank of Georgia - Cartersville (GA)

2 /5 Stuart Miller: I would not recommend bank with Century Bank. I had banked with them for 12 years with a business account. But since they were bought by Southen States the customer service is not very good. I have decided to take my business to another bank that values customer service

1 /5 thomaswolfgang81: Dont bank here. They hire people that lie to your face saying "your money will be protected ", had my money stolen yet no help like they claim they would. Im out $786.29 thanks to these American liars.

1 /5 mark williams: This used to be a great bank. Now the debit cards dont work more often than they do. The new branch manager is rude and not willing to help. Best bet is to bank somewhere else, at least until they get their act together and go back to being a reliable community bank.

5 /5 Cheryl Hyde: I love this bank. Sometimes you dont realize what you have until you have to go somewhere else. My mortgage got sold a big bank and every time I go in to pay the mortgage, its a giant hassle. They have no idea who I am. Theyre frustrated because Im asking them to do it instead of just doing it online, and they treat me like a criminal. Thank you century Bank friends for treating me like family.

5 /5 cathy popham: Been with Century every since they opened. I am handicapped and they go out of their way to accommodate me. Everyone on the staff is friendly but Brenda Nathan and Zach have helped me the most. They explain things that I need help with. Just a great group of people that take care of all your banking needs
