5 /5 amy allen: I would like to commend all the folks at First Franklin in Jasper, GA. Especially April. The whole staff has never been rude or condescending like I expected when trying to get a loan. They are honest and kind AND have a sense of humor. April is wonderfully patient and calls to gently remind me about my payment that I regularly forget.
Ive kept business with them for about 5-10 years now and, while my memory may fail me often, the staff at F.F. never does. I understand that they honestly care about my best interest, which is rare these days. I personally have needed help of various kinds throughout my life, and being treated as though you are valued as a human even though you are asking for assistance is a beautiful thing. Thank you to the whole office for being a reliable place to do business and thank you to April for helping me every time I call. Which is often. (Sorry about that.)
