A D So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didnt care as my concern was ignored I hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.

John Jarreau Ive been with Doug for about five years now and have more money than I did then, so thats good. Hes got good values and has a positive air about him. He knows how to explain things, even to people like me that dont know a whole lot about investments and finances. I recommend him to anyone looking to get on the right track.
