1 /5 sabrina johnson: My husband and I applied for a business loan which was approved; however, there was never any sense of urgency to complete our paperwork. We made several trips to the bank in attempt to get our approved loan processed but nothing was done. We were given many excuses as to why our paperwork wasn’t processed. The staff gave off a very unpleasant vibe during our visit which didn’t sit well with my husband and I. After 4 days of calling, leaving messages, and going to the bank we finally received a call from the president of the bank but unfortunately we decided not to move forward with the loan from Heritage Bank. Our money will stay where we receive top notch customer service.
