1 /5 sabrina johnson: My husband and I applied for a business loan which was approved; however, there was never any sense of urgency to complete our paperwork. We made several trips to the bank in attempt to get our approved loan processed but nothing was done. We were given many excuses as to why our paperwork wasn’t processed. The staff gave off a very unpleasant vibe during our visit which didn’t sit well with my husband and I. After 4 days of calling, leaving messages, and going to the bank we finally received a call from the president of the bank but unfortunately we decided not to move forward with the loan from Heritage Bank. Our money will stay where we receive top notch customer service.

5 /5 Ashley Gay-Johnson: Macie Wilkins has been nothing short of amazing as it relates to my business account. My business account was compromised and has been frozen by the bank. Macie keeps me updated on any deposits that are coming into the account as well the amount of times the perpetrators are attempting to still access the account. I receive a daily report on an as needed basis until this account is closed and I change financial institutions.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I was greeted by a team of professionals who were eager to help me with my banking needs. The branch was clean and well-organized, and I was able to complete my transactions quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend the Heritage Bank in Fayetteville to anyone looking for a top-notch banking experience.

1 /5 John Crenshaw: It appears i cannot see the review my wife Janice Crenshaw just left regarding the lack of friendly customer service-and the need for this bank to focus on customer service beginning with a smile that customers from diverse background might feel more welcomed. As a result she walked out & we went across the street. UNITED COMMUNITY BANK who were much more customer friendly, upon walking in the door to set up a business account
