I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease.. Stephanie went above and beyond after hours to have a resolution and fix the issues with our account. Stephanie showed compassion and empathy through and gave me reassurance. J. R. Mitchell After more than 20 years we filed a claim because of a roof leaking. Not only did Zach, the insurance adjuster leave the door unlocked with the KEY IN THE DOOR, he denied the claim and cancelled the policy. Craig-Massee stated, "When the claim was filed, the claims adjuster went out to check the damage, he noted that everything was packed up in boxes, and that someone had not been living in the home for awhile, even if it is for sale." My 80 year old mother got COVID in February and needed assistance so she was at my brothers house. In the meantime Mom decided to list the property, so my wife and I were packing things up and preparing to list the property. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
