D.F. I have been a long term customer (17 yrs) with Abercorn Insurance. I have had auto, flood and homeowners insurance through them. I have never been disappointed and Tracy is always attentive and responds promptly to my questions. I do not plan to go anywhere else for my insurance needs.

I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease.. Stephanie went above and beyond after hours to have a resolution and fix the issues with our account. Stephanie showed compassion and empathy through and gave me reassurance. I was indeed in good hands from the moment the issue arose by reaching out to Stephanie. Stephanie is a true asset to country financial!!! You won’t meet more of a genuine person on your side.
