My agents were Daniel Jackson and Anthony McEver. Initially Daniel was prompt but stopped returning emails after his job was done I guess. I emailed both several times and left a voicemail for McEvers. I even emailed other agents in the area and no response. This started on the 21st and yesterday I couldnt wait any longer so ALLSTATE is who Im with now. The online enrollment was painless (STATE FARM doesnt allow online purchases), and it turned out to be CHEAPER than STATE FARM. You lost a potential customer cause your agents couldnt care to be bothered to complete enrollment once they got my information.
