1 /5 Chris Kline: I have had an account for a few months plus that i opened for my sode business. My husband opened one a little over a week and went to the branch to do a wire transferand for some reason flagged the fraud department. So not only did it freeze his account but mine as well. He is listed on my account but still doesnt explain why they froze mine. My account has been froze all week. My husband called again today several times with no call back. This is unacceptable not to mention unprofessional. Avoid this bank at all cost!

2 /5 Yvette Abrahamson: This bank has been sold 4 times in five years. started as First Geogia Bank, became Certus bank, then Community, and Southern Bank, and now Bank of Ozark. Employees are nice, and it is not their fault. Sold as a result of the economy. This has taken its toll on the customers though like my self, and my husband. New account numbers, New checks, new debit card, now Web site, new app ever year or so gets old quick during changes, and buy outs. Can not bank during transitions. It has taken a toll financially on our family in extra expenses and time lost and time setting up ever time a buy out happens. I will say the staff is nice and not their fault as employees, However the frustration level is high today. The least they could do is pay for the expense to the customer. In time, checks, and change.

1 /5 Mat Turner: Stopped by today to move my checking account here. As I stood outside, calling the phone number the bank greeter couldnt comprehend what I was there for. After explaining that I was there to open a checking account several times she said that I was " getting smart " with her. She finally asked me to return to the bank tomorrow to try again. Now Im like yeah ...
