Employees are nice, and it is not their fault. Sold as a result of the economy. This has taken its toll on the customers though like my self, and my husband. Web site, new app ever year or so gets old quick during changes, and buy outs. Can not bank during transitions. It has taken a toll financially on our family in extra expenses and time lost and time setting up ever time a buy out happens. I will say the staff is nice and not their fault as employees, However the frustration level is high today. The least they could do is pay for the expense to the customer. In time, checks, and change.
