1 /5 Trap Theology: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Stay away from these people, they lie and overprice their jewelry. They pretend to look out for you and cut you a deal, tapping random numbers on a calculator. They lie about their refund policy. Just some hustlers and scammers. The mall should kick them out for real! Tried to sell me a stainless steel rope and said it was sterling silver. VERY SHADY!!

When I told the dude behind the counter that I didnt have the money to spend at the moment, he asked me to pull out my phone, then tried to sneakily get me to open credit lines like Im stupid. I know what Klarna is!! "Do me a favor. I will give these to you now on the house because I like you, and you just pay me back when you can". I cant believe he tried to play in my face like that!

1 /5 Joshua C: Oozi was awful. Lied to me to get my business on a repair. He missed his promised deadline twice and gave returned my wedding band damaged and resized poorly.

1 /5 Conzuelus Strozier: If I could give this company zero stars, I WOULD! They deserve no high praises. When I stopped by he counter, the salesmen presented themselves honorable, however that was a lie. One of them took my phone while the other tried to sweet talk me. The sweet talking salesman proceeded to show me some decent items, so I tried some on. But I told them Im not sure if I wanted to spend that kind of money. Both salesmen ensured me that I could try them out and return the items within 30 days for a refund, if I decided I didnt want them. I told them that I didnt have my glasses with me so I couldnt see. They reassured me that everything was good. I got the items home and didnt like them as much as I thought I would. When I attempted to return the items, they said only for exchange. Their faces when I brought the items back let me know they knew they lied. I called their company for resolution, and the call was Escalated to Resolution Dept. I waited almost two weeks without any contact. So, when I called them back today I was told that I can return the item for no money back and still owe the balance and no merchandise because monies spent is considered rental fee! What?! You got me messed up!!! I would have traded the items for something I truly wanted but i really wanted to see if these men would keep their word. The answer is NO! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN nor will I recommend this company to anyone!!! Salesmen as a whole are dishonest but these two completely took advantage of me. I feel betrayed!!

1 /5 Maddie Wagar: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went there to get a tennis bracelet sized. Oozie asked me to try on a Diamond necklace. I did. He tried to get me to pay $2000 for it, I declined. Then he dropped the price to 1250 and said I could walk out of it for free today and “pay him later.” I ended up getting the necklace out of guilt and pressure. I brought the necklace to a jeweler and got it appraised for $300!!!! The dude literally charged me $1250. I took the necklace back the next day and confronted him. He said that how we do business and make money. He refused to let me return it. I was very disappointed and he told me to take it up with the 3rd party financing company. Oozie and this business are very dishonest and deceitful people. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
