1 /5 Aleksandr Maldonado: I had an absolutely awful experience at Savannah Jewelers. Not only was the customer service subpar, but I was shocked to hear the staff making snide comments about customers while pretending to help. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another to mock the very people who are trying to give you their business. To add on, when I myself was trying to purchase some of their products, the staff, more specifically the owner Spencer, was among them laughing (in front of my face no less). Its incredibly unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Do that behind closed doors.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Savannah Jewelers to look elsewhere. There are plenty of jewelers who actually value their customers and treat them with respect.
