1 /5 Martin Burrow: Im offering free photos and autographs as the first person to ever complain in 17 years about their no refund policy. You can meet me there the next time Im in front of their store. It may be a while though... Buyer Beware. All sales final, no refunds. My wife bought me a stainless steel mens bracelet (beautiful) but it was too small. I went into the store to see if they could add a link. To their credit, they did offer to switch out the bracelet but there was simply nothing else like it in the store. So I said, no Id just like a refund. Thats when I was hit with the policy. Clearly stated on the receipt, but nowhere posted in the store. So how do you find out the policy? You guessed it... AFTER youve purchased the item because thats when you get the receipt. The employee became very condescending. Offering to relay my complaint to a store manager (4 people in the store, but no one is a manager?) She said that I was the first person to ever complain about the policy. I asked how long theyve been in business and she said 17 years. Almost unbelievable that its true. Meh, maybe Im just too cynical..

1 /5 Alen Suljic: Long story short they are scammers!!!! A year ago I wanted to upgrade my wifes ring so I brought them my wifes old engagement ring that I paid 3K for. We found a ring at this Mall Of GA store that I was told was 2Carat ring. I traded in my wifes old ring and paid 2500 for this new ring. Now that Ive been trying to sell it I had taken it to a few diff jewelrys and they said its maybe a carat and half and its LAB diamonds. Worth 300-600$. Totally scammers here and I over paid for it and they made money. Be careful what you"diamonds" you are buying and what they tell you it really is.

5 /5 Fay Newell: Look, this is a mall jeweler. But if you’re knowledgeable about jewelry, have an idea of what you want and have a budget you’ll 100% find something good. I’ve gotten an engagement ring ( I get a TON of compliments on) 2 men’s wedding bands, a tag chain , a gold chain with pendant and got 2 rings from my collection resized by their in house jeweler/ repair guy. They have something to make everyone’s budget which means if you’re a baller you could get a custom made piece here but if you’re balling on a budget they also have lab diamonds and some fake baller stuff if you’re trying to fake it to ya make it. But they’re not going to sell you anything cheap and fake without your knowledge. Just go see Ali and be firm about what you’re looking for because they for sure pressure you to buy but I don’t pay attention to that and ask them to fall back while I think. They do have a short window for returns that’s printed on the bottom of the receipt. Says you have 1 week to return the piece and I has to be in excellent condition. But if something isn’t moving or functioning properly they will fix no questions asked and give it back to you beautiful and polished. This place is not Jacob and Co so just know where your at, take your time and find something pretty you can afford.
