I was able to come up with a custom design working with Elani that would accommodate my needs as an artist. Very good to work with and very sweet loving people!

Brent Troyer These folks did an awesome job resetting a small diamond and resizing a ring for me. Its a daily wear piece that I inherited from my grandfather upon his passing 15 years ago. Because it holds significant emotional value, I didnt want to take it just anywhere. Aside from their convenient location, after meeting the family that owns and runs the business I immediately felt at ease. Within less than a week, they had my ring ready to go and did a beautiful job at a fair price. Corinne Bailey I absolutely Love Cumberland diamond exchange. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring set from in 2020. They were extremely helpful. The experience is amazing when you walk in, you have your own personal assistant that will walk around with you and look at all the settings. And help you find the one that you dreamed of being the perfect ring. They will pull out multiple rings for you to try on and are extremely patient as you do so. I tried on several. After we found our ring and how we wanted, they sat with us while we picked out the perfect diamond for our ring. They respected my husbands budget for the diamond. I dont know the budget, he did tell the jeweler and they brough out several diamonds within that budget. Then allowed me to pick one out. They even brought out a microscope for you to look up close to see the imperfections. They were all stunning! Over all my experience was amazing and I highly recommend them if you are looking for that perfect engagement ring, wedding ring, or set?.

The gentleman even gave me a little extra for it having a keyboard case (didn’t expect that, but I was so thankful.) the 4 months my iPad was there, everyone that work there made everything easy, they even have an app where you can pay and communicate with them…. And they respond in a timely matter. I love this place .

Christa made the process of selecting a ring easy by first educating me and then guiding step-by-step to build the perfect ring. Highly recommend shopping here. The entire staff is helpful and it feels like they actually care about making sure youre happy with your purchase and not just making a sale. Needless to say, she said yes!
