Kevin Goodwin I enjoyed my visit here! I wouldve gone through Drive-thru, except for the fact that I had to have a notary notarize paperwork. Yes, you must have an account here for a notary to notarize anything. Anyway, I was in and out within roughly 6 minutes, and the staff takes cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and their hands very seriously! 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt!

Reginald Kornegay Kornegay Im 70 years old and Ive never had customer service the way the hazlehurst branch has gave me! The tellers go out their way to help me. Their job is so wait on members but they always go the extra mile. If I need help with my phone of anything other than banking they dont mind helping. They are ready to help no matter what the issue is. I can always count on them to help me with any banking or person issue .Evette,Yvette, Daniella, and Cassandra continue making the bank a cozy place to talk into with amazing smiles ready to work and help.

Jonathan Hodges Angela in the water department is a amazing human being! I gave a 1 star review because of my problems I have had but i am going to push that aside and say thank you Angela for your compassion. I have had billing issues and customer service issues with certain people and just didnt understand how I can have so much problems with a water bill. Anyways, she bypassed a policy and helped me out. I get we have instructions to follow but when we go way and beyond for customers, thats what its about. Angela I truly appreciate your customer service
