Tatiana Jaacks Hands down my favorite jeweler in Florida! Went to multiple places looking for help to design my engagement ring and found Diamond Bay Jewelers to be the best fit. Monica and Tiffany made the process seamless and fun! Even when I thought I was being too picky on the size and shape they were incredibly patient and kind showing me multiple options. I felt that they really cared to ensure I got the right diamond and setting for my ring. My now fiancé and I loved my ring so much that we went back to get his wedding band as they had a great selection of men’s rings to try on and we ended up with even better than what he first imagined. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you want to design a ring and you want to see options and enjoy the process, they are absolutely the kindest souls in the area and my fiancé and I could not be happier with our rings! Alba C I had such a great experience at Lokol Joyeria. The pieces are absolutely beautiful, so much so that I couldn’t resist picking something out not just for myself, but also as a gift. You can really tell that care and creativity go into every item. The customer service was excellent, friendly, and helpful without feeling pushy. They took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the whole visit really good. The shop itself is lovely and welcoming, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Ryan Andrade Went here to resize my grandfather‘s gold bracelet. Even though I came in close to closing time, they did it right on the spot and came out to make sure it fit exactly how I wanted before soldering. Not to mention, they charged me half the price of what I was quoted at a major jeweler who also would’ve had to ship it out to be resized, which would’ve taken 2+ weeks. Excellent craftsmanship, unbeatable prices, and phenomenal customer service.
