Paul Rutter I went in to sell jewellery and came out with a big smile after seeing a friend from college I always check online reviews before trusting a business, and that’s exactly what I did before visiting Big Boss Jewellery. To my surprise, I discovered that the owner, Andy—who used to tutor me back in college—was running the shop! Andy was very courteous and honest throughout the process. I had assumed some of my jewellery was 14k, but he carefully tested it and explained that it was actually 18k. He remembered me right away and paid me a fair price for my pieces. I 100% recommend Big Boss Jewellery. They’re a local, family-owned business that treats people with respect. Friendly, polite, and most importantly—honest.

Reed My recent visit to Kempfs Jewelers was truly outstanding, and I cant recommend them highly enough. I initially stopped by to inquire about a few Rolex models for my family and myself. From the moment my father and I stepped inside, I was impressed by the immaculate store and welcoming atmosphere. We were immediately greeted by Aly, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely warm. There wasnt a hint of pretentiousness, which, unfortunately, can be rare at some luxury watch retailers. Aly was remarkably patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about various models and how they would suit our wrists. She clearly understood how to guide without pushing, making the experience truly enjoyable. While they didnt have the exact models I was looking for in stock, Aly promptly added me to their waitlist. What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadnt planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures dont do this watch justice! I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Kempfs Jewelers not only offers an outstanding selection of fine jewelry but, most importantly, provides unparalleled customer service. Ive already recommended them to several friends and family members, and I wholeheartedly encourage anyone looking for fine jewelry to shop with them. The folks at Kempfs Jewelers are truly top-notch! Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.

Bob A This by far is the best jewelry store I have been to. Mike and his staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The selection and quality are incredible. We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.

Ron Zvuluni I move from Orlando to Jacksonville. I heard about this jewelry store. It was my birthday. I decide to spoil myself with a nice Rolex watch. I came to the shop that big selection very professional staff. They teach me all about the watch and after checking different jewelry store they have the best price. I really recommend this place to anybody.
