Nick Markiewicz I received flyer in the mail from this office so I gave them a call to see if I could get similar coverage on my home and auto for less money. The office was not able to beat the coverage I have for the same rate, however, Karen was fantastic to work with. She explained the different changes I could make to the coverage they were offering and explained how some changes to my home could even save me some money. I had a fantastic experience with this office and will reach out again next year when my renewal is due.

Cici Abel I spoke with a agent named Tiffany and she was amazing we were having some technical difficulties on my part and she still helped me as much as she could. Most people would’ve got fed up or distracted but she was very cool and professional with everything. I said she needs to get promoted but she stated she loves her job so I hope the least they could do is give her a raise. Genuinely I wasn’t ready to make a decision about getting my own health insurance being that I’m 18 but she made the process very smooth and understanding. The experience was amazing with great benefits and pricing!

He went above and beyond to help me handle the issue as her agent and gave very value advice and assistance to correct someone else’s negligence. Chris Pena Made the switch to Domain Insurance after my previous company kept on raising my rates with no claims made. Not only did Donna find cheaper rates but she continually looked for additional discounts after I received quotes from her. All of the sudden my previous company tried to “review” my coverage and look for cheaper rates. They still couldn’t match Domain Insurance rates for same coverage. Donna went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I believe Domain Insurance will keep their customers best interest in mind when renewals are approaching and always look what the best options are available.
