From the beginning we received outstanding customer service from a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring individual. Whose main focus was to accommodate our needs while informing us of exactly what our policy included and what it did not as well as the terminology within it. Now we have a complete in depth understand of our auto policy and how it protects us as well as what it will cost and when it will be due. Brittany far exceeded our expectations in all avenues. She demonstrated great aptitude and awareness and was polite, understanding, and patient throughout the entire call. Her prowess and wantonness to assist the needs of her clients while providing a quality product that matches their needs and finances was exemplary. Anyone in the market for new insurance or anyone thinking about an update to their policy should absolutely consider Brittany as the first and only choice. Cant say enough good things about her. I usually dismiss these calls due to spending time on the phone with agents just to find out that their policy is much more than what Im currently paying. I am so glad that her kind voice prevented me from closing the call. She not only saved me a couple of hundred compared to what I was paying through Progressive but gave me a few important facts about my coverages that I never knew.
