Westmark & Associates: Allstate Insurance - Pensacola (FL)

Tammy Mauro I called with two questions about receiving benefits and the woman who I was stuck talking to was very hard to understand her english and did not answer the one question, instead read me the paragraph the question I had pertained to. The second question she told me she could not answer then asked me if she could help me with something else when she could not help me with what I needed. A different time two years ago, I was called and told they need to meet me about my policy. I took off work, drove 40 minutes away for them to try to get me to invest money, when I told them I do not have money they asked if I had control of anyone elses to invest. Very disappointed in a supposedly top notch company.

wendy guadarrama Denise is such a great Agent, she is very helpful and efficient. The employees are friendly and polite. All of the employees are bilingual!! Thats awesome because my mom prefers to speak Spanish, she is able to communicate with the Agents with out any problem. Great customer service!!!

Edward Martin The auto insurance from this company is so affordable but with enough coverage that I cannot resist. Also, their agents assisted me politely until I got the car insurance I was interested in buying.
