Joel Halberstadt Harbour Insurance was recently recommended to me by a neighbor who had an extremely positive experience with them with his Homeowners and Automobile policies. Based on that, I contacted them and asked them to send me proposals for replacing my current HO insurance AND my auto policies. I had the good fortune to be helped by Sylvia, one of their senior account reps. Within 24 hours of my first call, she had sent me several options and choices.
