5 /5 S S: I have the best Financial Advisor in the city! Highly ethical and a true money manager. When he moved to Wells from a different firm, approximately 95% of his clients moved with him. This in itself is a true testament to his, experience, knowledge, ability and character.

1 /5 Dano 50: Beware!!! - Id give zero stars if possible. I strongly advise to never use WFA, especially the Jacksonville team. I have a pending complaint with WFA & FINRA about this office and their unscrupulous practices. Despite previous CA lawsuits they still havent learned. Take your business elsewhere... Youll be much better off.

3 /5 Robert Gray: I have been with wells Fargo for abt 20 years. When I went with well fargo, I picked my advisor and over the years have been happy with him. Lo and behold all of sudden wells Fargo decided I needed a new advisor and assigned me one out of jacksonville, fl. That advisor decided to quit. Wells fArgo then assigned me to an advisor out of daytona beach, fl. Keep in mind I have lived in tallahassee, fl for the past 33 years. Tell me why I would want an advisors out of jacksonville or Daytona beach. I have inquired to no avail as to why I was reassigned to another town rather than my home town. So far no one has answered that question. They have taken the attitude if I dont like it, change companies. Well, I dont want to do that. I realize I dont have an enormous account with wells Fargo, but to me it is considerable. To those reading this. I would recommend a different co. Other than wells Fargo. To be with a co that doesnt know why a customer was moved over 200 miles from his home town really doesnt say much for them.
