Agatha Maude I recently visited Mt Dora to house sit. While there I lost my wallet. Drivers license, bank cards, some cash, insurance cards. The usual stuff. I went to this branch and with very professional steps but not any hassle, I was able to withdraw money from a savings account. I back traced my steps the next day and found my wallet in the mgrs office at a store I had visited. The staff at the bank did everything they could to help me with this scary situation. I love Truist. I have been with Suntrust since maybe 2005. They have always been the friendliest and most helpful group of professionals in any business I have known. You can feel safe and comfortable with this bank.

If you don’t use what they provide and aren’t obedient to the requirements they tell you clearly on the FIRST call, it’s unfair to complain about the lack of results. Kat I called to verify that I had the right business listed on Google Maps, but instead of confirming the name, the man who answered started questioning me and asking for my name and location. I gave him my name, but he still refused to confirm the business and then hung up on me saying he was not interested. Why advertise yourself as a business on Google Maps if you are going to treat people like that? He should be reported and removed so others who are actually conducting business professionally can be listed instead. If this is how they treat potential clients, I would be very concerned about trusting them with anything financial.
