5 /5 Laszlo Bojtos: I have been with Amtust Bank for decades, now it became Flagstar with a nicer branch. The East Delray branch is the closest to us. Linda Fried makes this location special. She is efficient kind and remembers customers. Having a personal touch and treated as a loyal customer makes this bank branch special. Thank youLinda!

1 /5 Chloe Gordon: One of the Worst Bank Branches I’ve Ever Visited – Flagstar East Boynton Beach This Flagstar branch in East Boynton Beach is a complete disappointment. There are always only two tellers – and more often than not, just one is actually working. For a location that stays consistently busy, the lack of staff is unacceptable. The ATM machines are unreliable at best, frequently out of service or having issues that make even the simplest transactions frustrating. It’s clear this branch is severely understaffed and poorly managed. The disorganization at this location is shocking. From long lines and wait times to staff who seem overwhelmed and unengaged, it’s easily the lowest-performing Flagstar branch I’ve encountered. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this location altogether. Instead, try the Boynton Beach West, Delray Beach, or even the Hypoluxo branches – all of which offer significantly better service and functionality. Honestly, this branch either needs a complete staff refresh or to shut down entirely. It does not reflect the standards Flagstar should hold.
